SET UP IS IMPORTANT. Follow the instructions provided in the manual or on the video to dispense one full sheet or one half sheet of paper towel for best results.

EASY TO LOAD. Simply open the dispenser and place your roll inside, leaving 1 sheet outside of the dispenser. Follow the instructions to set up the dispenser. We recommend dispensing 1 full or ½ sheet of towel

EASY TO REPLACE A NEW ROLL WHEN YOU RUN OUT. Open the dispenser, take out the empty roll and place your new roll inside. It is important to set up the dispenser to dispense 1 full or ½ sheet each time you replace a roll.

USE WITH YOUR FAVORITE PAPER TOWELS. Works with most paper towel brands and sizes. Not compatible with mega rolls or ultra-thick, cloth-like paper towels.

POWER ON. The countertop unit can be plugged into the wall or uses 4 D batteries. Note: The undercabinet unit does not have the option for battery power.
