Conceived and developed by MB&F, and designed and crafted in 1839 by Switzerland’s only specialist high-end watchmaker, Arachnophobia is the result of the fertile imagination of MB&F founder Maximilian Büsser blending with his appreciation for art.
Büsser developed this highly unusual concept, selecting a high-end watch movement and reimagining it as the mechanical head and torso of a spider. The body features a black dome with white numerals indicating the hours and minutes. The spider’s self-sufficiency is admirable, as is the meticulously crafted, highly visible movement with an eight-day power reserve and 218 components.
